Arkansas razorbacks are bacon for Bama.
Alabama whipped pig yesterday beating the Arkansas Razorbacks 49 to 14 that's what I call Arkansas bacon by the way I think Arkansas should change the name of there team to the Bacon backs. Now Alabama is #8 where Auburn dropped to #15 because of there loss to #5 LSU. Roll Tide Roll!

Fishing
Fore the last three days I have been fishing with my grandfather and my little brother on Steele creek. We went Fishing for brim and caught at least ten but we only got four keepers, I caught three of the keepers and my little brother caught one. I also hooked a bass that was about three pounds but he snapped my line when I got him out of the water [we caught all these fish off the dock]
then we took my grandfathers boat and went fishing for bass but we didn't catch any thing then.

Cats don't like water?
Most cats don't like water well here is one that does. The fishing cat does like water its main prey is fish which it catches by hitting the water with its tail to make look like a fly landed on the water and when the fish come to investigate the cat dives in grabs the fish in its teeth and here comes dinner. Or the fishing cat will stand on a sand bar or rock and scoop any fish that comes by up in its paws. A fishing cat is twice the size of a house cat and has mouse grey or olive tan fur with round black spots. The fishing cat eats fish frogs birds crabs lizards snakes goats calf's fawns and almost any thing it can find

Giant dog
I read about a breed of dog from Russia called a Medelan is a giant breed once used on royal hunts for bear. This dog was claimed to have been as a puppy, as big as a Great Dane! The adult dog were claimed to have been as big as a calf! These huge ferocious dogs were favored by the last Czar but had been kept by several Czars before him. Unfortunately when the Czar fell from power all of the dogs were killed and the breed is now extinct

Amazing

Leaping 50 feet across the ground in a single bound leaping 20 feet in the air! it's amazing what is it? A snow leopard and it can leap 50 feet across the ground and 20 feet in the air and I'm not kidding it is truly amazing. The snow leopard is built for leaping with it's back legs longer then the front legs and shock absorbing paws. Later, here is a picture that I found of a snow leopard.

About a week ago my dad my little brother and I went for a bike ride up through our neighborhood. While we were riding we saw breed of dog called a Parson Russel at the time we saw it we did not know what breed it was so my dad said I should look it up. When I looked it up I found that it was a Parson Russel but I also found some info on other dog breeds. One thing I found out was that Rhodesian Ridge backs are used to hunt lions in Africa. And I found out a thing or three about the otter hound things like it was used to hunt otters but is now just a show dog. I know some people will not find this very interesting but if there is any breed that you want to learn about I would Google dog breeds and then go to the AKC [American kennel clubs] list of dogs where they have pics of all different dogs as well as info.

Duck frogs
I have these frogs around my house that start quacking every time it rains and they sound just like ducks. One time when my little brother heard one it sounded so much like a duck he started yelling there's a duck in our bushes. But I think the funniest thing about these frogs is there name the squirrel tree frog it should be the duck frog.

Wild cats
Lately I have been doing research on small wild cat in particular the Scottish wild cat the Margay cat and some on the African wild cat /domestic cat. Here are some of the things I learned about them. The African wild cat is small with farley small ears and long bushy ringed tail. It is about the same size as a domestic cat which was supposedly bred from the African wild cat they classified as the same species. The Scottish wild cat looks similar to a tabby cat in many ways but it is larger and were a tabby is splotched it is striped also the Scottish wild cat has a blunt tail were a Tabby's is pointed. This wild cat is very fierce and almost impossible to tame even from a tiny kitten. This cat was once found over most of the British isle's but is now found mainly in the highlands of Scotland. The Margay cat looks like an ocelot but is a good bit smaller. The Margay cat also looks like an oncilla but is bigger. The most interesting fact about the Margay is its great agility and its ability to jump from tree to tree like a monkey swing from a single hind paw and run head first down a tree like a marten I think that is pretty cool.

My blog Joshua's jungle is inhabited by the jaguar! The jaguar is the
third largest cat second only to the lion#2 and the Tiger#1. The jaguar
looks similar
to a leopard with it's orange and black spotted fur. But there are
two ways to tell them apart. The first one is that the jaguars spots
are small rosettes with a dot in the middle and the leopard has only
rosettes with no dot in the middle. The second is that a jaguar is
bigger more heavily built stockier limbs broad head and strong jaws. All
the jaguars I have ever seen [and I have seen some] were pretty bad
tempered. Once we where at the zoo and my sister Megan stuck her face
up against the glass at the jaguars cage and guess what it did it tried
to slap her face with a six or eight inch razor clawed
paw if it had not for the glass she would have had her face cut to the
bone
in four or five places. But that was in a zoo there probably different
in the wild fore the most part I think jaguars are pretty cool.
